ORDER CANCELLATION AND CHANGE REQUEST
Orders may be updated or changed (e.g. color, size, quantity, change to Shipping Address information) or cancelled, up to 12 hours after placing the order. Any changes should be communicated immediately to our email address: [email protected]
which is available 24/7. Please note that any request received after the 12-hour limit will not be accepted because processing of the order will likely have already begun. Changes to orders cannot be made once processing has started. Under special circumstances, and at our discretion, we will do our best to try to put a hold or cancel your order after the 12-hour period has expired but we cannot guarantee that it will be possible. Please choose your items carefully, and consult our size charts to help you select the item best suited to your needs and preferences.
Our EXCHANGE, RETURN & REFUNDS POLICY is valid for up to 30 days after you receive your product. To be eligible to exchange an item, or for a return or refund, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and it must also be in the original packaging.
EXCHANGES
In cases where a product does not meet your satisfaction, or is the incorrect size or color and you wish to request an exchange, kindly send an email message to our Customer Support Team at:[email protected] as soon as possible, but definitely within 30 days of having received the item. Please follow these instructions for an Exchange Request:
* Take a photo of the problem – If the problem is size, please use a ruler or tape measure to help illustrate the problem.

In your email message, please include the following:
- the photo(s) of the product your received
- description of the items (type, model, size, color, etc.)
- a detailed description of the issue/problem
- the Order Number
- If there are multiple products in an order, please identify the product which is problematic
Your message should provide your full name, and explain the reason you wish to replace or exchange the item.
Our support team will respond within one (1) business day and Return Instructions will be provided. Note that you (the customer) will be responsible for the cost of returning the product to our warehouse, unless the mistake was made by HUSTLE4EVA, in which case we will refund the amount for return shipping.
Contingent on availability, the HUSTLE4EVA team will try to provide you with a suitable product, but should the product you request not be available we will offer you a similar product, or should this not meet your needs, offer you a full refund, minus the initial cost of shipping.
RETURNS
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, kindly send an email message to our Customer Support Team at: [email protected] as soon as possible, but definitely before the 30 day exchange return period expires.

REFUNDS

Your message should provide your full name, and the reason you are requesting a refund.
We will respond to you within 24 hours to confirm the next steps. Note that unless the error was made by HUSTLE4EVA you (the customer) will be responsible for the cost of returning the product to our warehouse. Once your item has been returned and received by our warehouse and confirmed to comply with our returns policy, we will process a refund to you using your original payment method. Items returned due to an oversight, error or defect on the part of HUSTLE4EVA will be refunded for the full amount of the original purchase. Refunds requested for problems or issues not under the control HUSTLE4EVA, will be equivalent to the original purchase and shipping price, minus the initial shipping cost. Refund payments will be processed as quickly as possible, but can take up to seven (7) business days to process depending on your bank or payment provider.
LATE OF MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
If, after several business days, you have not received a refund that has been approved by HUSTLE4EVA, kindly first check your bank account or credit card statement. If you are still unsure if you have received the refund, kindly contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted by the credit card company or bank. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
Sometimes, somewhere during the ordering process, customers make a mistake, for example; selecting the wrong product or option, data entry mistakes or erroneous auto-filling of key data. Kindly note that HUSTLE4EVA is not responsible for orders that do not make it to your shipping destination due to incorrect entry of the shipping address. Similarly, HUSTLE4EVA is not responsible for delivery of incorrect products caused by incorrect entry of information by the customer at the time of ordering/purchasing. Should any of these mistakes arise, it’s up to the customer to contact [email protected] as soon as possible, but definitely within 30 days of receiving the product, or having placed your order.
